Ada Núñez practices in the areas of criminal defense, traffic defense, and appellate litigation with a particular focus on federal criminal defense.  Ms. Núñez began her private practice career with the firm of Arseneault, Whipple, Fassett, and Azzarello, LLP, where she provided full service representation, handling criminal defense matters from the initial client interview to conclusion, including trial.


She has represented clients in municipal, state, and federal courts in matters ranging from narcotics charges to insider trading and mortgage fraud.  In conjunction with criminal representation, Ms. Núñez has counseled clients regarding immigration consequences of criminal dispositions, SEC investigations, internal audits, and other collateral civil matters. 


As a former law clerk in both the Appellate Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Ms. Núñez has extensive writing experience and knowledge of both state and federal appellate practices. As a result of this experience, Ms. Núñez is thoroughly prepared to handle your appellate needs.
